SMS Communications
We collect personal information through SMS, including messages related to surveys, client communications, and case updates.
By opting into SMS communications, you consent to receiving text messages from CARPLS. Message frequency varies based on engagement, and standard message/data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt out at any time by:

  • Replying “STOP” to any CARPLS text message.
  • Unchecking the opt-in box on our Contact Us page and submitting a request.
  • Once your request is processed, you will no longer receive text messages.
  • To re-enable messages, you must provide explicit consent again.

Additional Information We Collect 

  • Business & Personal Contact Information: Name, email, mailing address, phone number, and company name. 
  • Profile Information: Username and password (if applicable). 
  • Registration Details: For services or events. 
  • Feedback & Correspondence: When you contact us with questions or comments. 
  • Geolocation Data: If explicitly authorized. 
  • Usage Information: Content you upload or submit.

Where Your Data is Stored 🛠 

  • Chatbot Data: Stored securely on Landbot.io. Learn more
  • Anthropic’s Claude AI assists with matching issues and automatically deletes data after 30 days. Read their policy
  • SMS Data: Stored securely within our case management system in compliance with CARPLS’ security protocols. (See below)
  • Client Data Management: We use Salesforce, a secure customer relationship management platform, to manage and store client information. Salesforce implements robust security measures to protect your data. You can review their privacy practices here

What We Don’t Do ❌ 

  • We do not collect or store chatbot messages unless they are inadvertently shared. 
  • We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information for marketing, lead generation, or third-party analytics. 

Your Rights & Choices 🛡 

  • Opt-Out: Stop using the chatbot or SMS services at any time. 
  • Access/Update Information: Review and update your data through your account settings (if applicable). 
  • Delete Chatbot Data: Request deletion from Landbot by making a request on our Contact Us page.
  • Opt-Out of Communications
    • You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
      • Replying “STOP” to any CARPLS text message.
      • Unchecking the opt-in box on our Contact Us page and submitting a request.
        Once processed, you will no longer receive CARPLS text messages. To resume SMS communications, you must opt in again.
  • Request Data Deletion: Use the Contact Us page to request deletion of your data. 

Text Message (SMS) Communications 📲

  • Replying to an initial CARPLS text message confirming your consent.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

  • Replying “STOP” to any CARPLS text message.
  • Unchecking the opt-in box on our Contact Us page and submitting a request.
  • After submitting an opt-out request, you will receive a final confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent.
  • To restart SMS services, you must opt in again.

Additional Commands

  • HELP – Reply “HELP” for assistance with SMS services or to get support options.
  • INFO – Reply “INFO” to receive a link to CARPLS’ Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
